Garlic Steak Pitas
GARLIC STEAK PITAS WITH TOMATO, LEMON WEDGE SALAD, AND ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS: 1 TBSP Steak Seasoning, Tomato, Lemon, 1 TSP Garlic Powder, 2 TBSP Sour Cream, Pitas, Ranch Steaks, Baby Lettuce, 1/4 cup of Sliced Almonds, 2 TBSP Mayo
Step 1: Season and Cook Steak
Pat steak with paper towels. Season with steak seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Cook for 4-6 minutes.
Once meat is cooked, rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 2: Prep
While steak cooks, wash and dry produce.
Zest and halve lemon, slice tomatoes into half moons, season with salt and pepper. Quarter lettuce lengthwise.
Step 3: Make Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together juice from a full lemon, half of garlic powder, 2 TBSP olive oil, 1/2 TSP sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper, and lemon zest.
Step 4: Warm Pitas
Wrap pitas in a damp paper towel, microwave until warm. 60 seconds.
Step 5: Make Garlic Mayo
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, and remaining garlic powder, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Halve pita, pull apart to create a pocket. Fill with garlic sliced steak, tomato, 1/2 TSP of dressing per pita.
Divide pitas and lemon wedges between plates. Drizzle remaining dressing over lettuce, sprinkle with almonds, and serve.
