Steak Tacos with Pineapple Salsa
STEAK TACOS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA WITH RED ONION, JALAPEÑO , AND SOUR CREAM

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY
INGREDIENTS: Diced Pineapple, Diced Tomato, Diced Jalapeño, 1 TBSP of Taco Seasoning, 3 TBSP of Sour Cream, Diced Red Onion, Ranch Steaks, 1/3 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar, Flour Tortillas
Step 1: Prep
Wash and dry produce.
Thinly slice onion, mince a few slice of onion. Dice pineapple into small bite size pieces. Dice tomato, Mince Jalapeño ( remove seeds for less spice).
Step 2: Cook Steak and Onions
Pat steak with paper towels, and thinly slice against the grain.
Heat a large drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add steak, onions, 1/4 tsp of salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Cook for 3-6 minutes. ( For medium rare 3 Minutes)
Step 3: Make Salsa, Warm Tortillas
In a medium bowl, combine diced pineapple, tomato, onion, jalapeño, red wine vinegar, 1/4 TSP salt and pepper.
Mix Well
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Divide tortillas between plates, fill with steak mixture, salsa, and top with sour cream.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
