Garlic Butter Steak
GARLIC BUTTER STEAK WITH POTATOE WEDGES AND HONEY GLAZED PATTYPAN SQUASH
PREP TIME: 10 Minutes/ COOK TIME: 45 Minutes

INGREDIENTS: 2 TBSP Fry Seasoning, 2 TBSP Worechester Sauce, 2 TBSP Honey, 1 TBSP Dried Thyme, Ranch Steaks, Garlic Potatoes, PattyPan Squash
Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 425
Wash and dry produce
Place 4 TBSP of butter in microwave, and bring to room temperature
Cut potatoes into wedges
Quarter pattypan lengthwise
Step 2: Roast Vegetables
Toss potatoes with a large drizzle of olive oil, fry seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Transfer to one side of baking sheet
Roast for 7 minutes
Once potatoes have roasted, toss pattypan with a drizzle of oil, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Place on 2nd half of baking sheet
Roast for 15 minutes
Step 3: Make Garlic Herb Butter
Peel and mince garlic
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add garlic and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes
Turn off heat, transfer to bowl with plain butter
Mash butter mixture with a fork
Stir in worestercheir sauce, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper until combined
Step 4: Cook Steak
Pat steak dry with paper towels
Season both sides with salt and pepper
Heat pan used for garlic to medium heat, with a drizzle of oil
Cook for 3-6 minutes for desired doneness per side
In last minute of cooking, add 1TBSP of garlic herb butter to pan
Allowing butter to melt, using a spoon to scoop butter over steak to baste
Place steak on cutting board to rest
Step 5: Glaze Squash
Once Squash has roasted in the oven, melt 1 TBSP of butter in pan used for steak
Add pattypan squash, honey, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper to coat
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Thinly slice steak
Divide steak, potatoes wedges, amd pattypan squash between shallow bowls
Top steak with any remaining garlic butter
Serve hot and enjoy!
