Garlic Chicken
GARLIC CHICKEN AND CREAMY LEMON SPAGHETTI WITH PEAS AND SCALLIONS

INGREDIENTS: Scallions, Lemon, Spagetti, 1 TBSP Garlic Powder, Peas, 1 Cup Cheese Sauce, Chicken Cutlets, 2 TBSP Vadila Onion Paste
Step 1: Prep and Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Wash and Dry Produce. Trim scaillions, zest and quarter lemon.
Once water is boiled, add spaghetti to pot. Cook for 11 Minutes.
Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain.
Step 2: Cook Chicken
While Spagetti Cooks, pat chicken dry with paper towels, season both sides with half the garlic powder, 1/4 TSP salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
Rest on cutting board for 5 minutes before slicing.
Step 3: Toss Pasta
Once Spagetti is drained, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan used for chicken over medium heat. Add scaillions. Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in drained spagetti, peas, cheese sauce, onion paste, remaining garlic powder, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook tossing until sauce has thickened and everything is coated for 2 minutes.
Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper.
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Slice chicken.
Divide pasta between plates. Top with chicken, scallions greens, lemon zest, and squeezed lemon. Serve with lemon wedge on the side. Enjoy!
