Trattoria Tortelloni Bake With Peas And Crispy Parmesan Panko Topping

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EasyINGREDIENTS: 1 TSP Chili Flakes, Tomatoes, Torelloni, 1/8 Cup Parmasean Cheese, 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning, 1 TBSP Mushroom Bouillon Paste, 1/8 Cup Cream Cheese, 1 Cup Tomato Paste, 1/4 Cup Pabko Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Peas
Step 1: Prep and Mix Panko
Heat broiler to high
Wash and dry produce
Peel and mince garlic
Dice tomatoes
In a small bowl, combine panko, parmesean, a drizzle of olive oil, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Step 2: Make Sauce
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add garlic, italian seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Cook for 1 minute
Add tomatoes, and season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Cook for 2 minutes
Add tomato paste, cook for 1 minutes
Stir in 1 cup water, and cream cheese
Bring to a simmer, and cook stirring until fully combined
Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Step 3: Add Tortellini
Add tortellini and peas to pan with sauce, cook until sauce is thickened
Cook for 6 minutes
Turn off heat
Stir in 2 TBSP butter until melted
Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
If sauce seems too thick, add a splash of water
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Evenly sprinkle tortellini with panko mixture
Transfer to pan to oven, broil until panko is golden for 4 minutes
Garnish tortellini with remaining chili flakes
Divide between plates
Serve and Enjoy!
