Garlic Herb Butter Steak With Potato Wedges Plus Honey Glazed Peas And Carrots

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MediumINGREDIENTS: Carrots, 1 TBSP Fry Seasoning, Garlic, 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce, Peas, 2 TSP Honey, Potatoes, Ranch Steak, Dried Thyme
Step 1: Prep
Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees
Wash and dry produce
Place 4 TBSP plain butter in a small microwave safe bowl, bring to room temperature
Cut potatoes into wedges
Trim, peel, and cut carrots on a diagonal
Step 2: Roast Vegetables
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with a drizzle of oil, fry seasoning, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper. Transfer to one side of baking sheet
Toss carrots on empty side of sheet with a drizzle of oil, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Roast on a top rack for 25 minutes
Step 3: Make Garlic Herb Butter
Peel and mince garlic
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat, carefully transfer to bowl with plain butter
Mash butter mixture with a fork. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper until combined
Step 4: Cook Steak
Pat Steak dry with paper towels and season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for garlic over medium heat
Add steak and cook to desired doneness for 6 minutes per side
In last minute of cooking, add 1 TBSP garlic herb butter to pan, let melt and spoon over steak until coated
Transfer steak to a cutting board to rest
Step 5: Glaze Peas and Carrots
Once vegetables are done roasting, melt 1 TBSP plain butter in a small pot over medium heat
Add peas and and cook, stirring occasionally until warmed through for 1 minute
Remove from heat, stir in roasted carrots, and honey until coated
Season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Thinly slice steak against the grain
Divide steak, glazed peas, carrots, and potato wedges between plates
Top steak with remaining garlic herb butter
Serve hot and Enjoy!
