Chicken Udon Noodle Stir Fry With Spinach, And Sesame Ginger Crunch

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Easy

INGREDIENTS: Chopped Chicken Breast, Spinach, 1 Cup Sesame Ginger Crunch, Udon Noodles, ¼ Cup Stir Fry Sauce, 1/8 Cup Peanuts


Step 1: Prep and Cook Chicken

Wash and dry produce

Pat chicken dry with paper towels

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat

Add chicken, seasonwith ¼ TSP of salt and pepper

Cook for 6 minutes

Step 2: Add Sauce and Noodles

Reduce heat of pan to medium low

Add noodles, gently separating

Stir to evenly coat

Cook for 2 minutes

Step 3: Finish Stir Fry

Add spinach to pan, and ¼ Cup of water

Cook for 4 minutes

Step 4: Finish and Serve

Crush Peanuts

Divide stir fry between bowls

Top with sesame ginger crunch and peanuts

Serve hot and Enjoy!
