Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi With Spaghetti, And Roasted Broccoli

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MediumINGREDIENTS: 1/8 Cup Garlic Butter, Spaghetti, Shrimp, 1 TBSP Seafood Bouillon Paste, 1 TSP Chili Flakes, Broccoli, Lemon, Garlic, 1 Cup Parmasean Cheese, Scallions
Step 1: Boil Pasta Water, And Prep
Preheat oven to 450°
To a large pot, bring salted water to a boil
Rinse shrimp, and pat dry with paper towels, devain, and remove tails
Cut broccoli into florets
Zest and quarter lemon
Peel and Mince Garlic
Step 2: Cook Broccoli
Line baking sheet with foil
Place broccoli on baking sheet, and drizzle with oil
Season with ¼ TSP of salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika
Roast on top rack for 15 minutes
Step 3: Cook Pasta
Once Pasta has come to a boil, add pasta
Cook Pasta for 11 minutes
Reserve a half cup of pasta water, drain remainder
Step 4: Make Butter
To garlic butter, combine lemon zest, ¼ TSP of garlic butter, ½ of parmesean cheese, and season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Mix well, and set aside until ready to use
Step 5: Cook Shrimp
Heat a large pan over medium heat with oil
Add shrimp, and season with seafood bouillion paste, remaining garlic, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Cook for 4 minutes
Step 6: Finish and Serve
To pan with shrimp, add spagetti, broccoli, garlic butter, and ¼ cup of reserved pasta water. Season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Mix well until garlic butter is incorporated
Divide pasta between bowls, and top with remaining parmesean, and a pinch of chili flakes
Serve with lemon wedge on the side
