Creamy Sundried Tomato And Chicken Pasta With Parmesan And Scallions

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MediumINGREDIENTS: Rigatoni, 1 TBSP Bouillon Paste, 1 Cup Cream Sauce Base, Parmesean Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Chicken Cutlets, Scallions, 1 TBSP Garlic Powder, Lemon, Chili flakes
Step 1: Boil Water And Prep
In a large pot, bring a large pot of water to a boil with salt
Thinly slice scallions
Thinly slice sun dried tomatoes
Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Quarter lemon
Step 2: Prep And Chicken
Heat a large pan on medium heat with a drizzle of oil
Season chicken with ¼ TSP of salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika
Place into hot pan, and cook for 7 minutes per side
Place on wooden cutting board until ready to slice
Step 3: Cook Pasta
Once water has boiled, cook pasta for 11 minutes
Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain remainder
Step 4: Make Sauce
In pan used for chicken, melt 2 TBSP of butter
Reduce heat to low
Combine bouillion paste, half of parmesean cheese, chili flakes, half the scallions, sundried tomatoes, reserved pasta water, cream sauce base, garlic powder, juice from half a lemon, and season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Mix well
Step 5: Finish Pasta
Slice chicken
Combine strained pasta noodles
Mix well
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Divide pasta between shallow bowls
Top with sliced chicken
Garnish with scallions
Serve with lemon wedge on the side
