Sheet Pan Panko Chicken And Ranch Crema With Roasted Potatoes And Broccoli

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EasyINGREDIENTS: 2 TBSP Sour Cream, 1 TBSP Fry Seasoning, Potatoes, Broccoli, Chicken Cutlets, 1 TBSP Ranch Spice Seasoning, 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs, ¼ Cup Mayo, Scallions
Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 450°
Pat and dry chicken with paper towels
Cut broccoli into florets
Cut potatoes into wedges
Thinly slice scallions
For panko topping: combine panko, ½ of fry seasoning, 1 TBSP of oil, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper. Mix well
Step 2: Bake Chicken And Vegetables
Place Chicken on half of a lined baking sheet
Spread sour cream over tops of chicken
Top with panko mixture, pressing to adhere
To other half of baking sheet, season potatoes and broccoli with a drizzle of oil, remainder of fry seasoning, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Bake Chicken and vegetables in oven at 450° for 22 minutes
Step 3: Prepare Crema
While chicken and vegetables cook, combine ranch spice seasoning, remainder sour cream, and mayo
Mix well to combine, set aside until ready to serve
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Once chicken and vegetables have cooked, divide unto shallow plates, dividing chicken, potatoes, and broccoli into their own separate sections
Drizzle chicken with ranch crema
Garnish with scallions
