Hoisin Steak
Hoisin Steak, Garlic Green Beans, Scallion Rice, And Sriracha Mayo

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MediumINGREDIENTS: Steak, ¼ Cup Hoisin Sauce, Green Bean, 1 TSP Garlic Powder, Scallions, 1 TSP Red Wine Vinegar, Lemon, 1 TSP Sesame Seeds, 2 TSP Sriracha, 2 TBSP Mayo
Step 1: Prep
Adjust rack of oven to top position, and preheat oven to 425
Wash and dry produce
Thinly slice scallions
Trim green beans
Zest and quarter lemon
Step 2: Cook Rice
To a small pot on medium heat, melt 2 TBSP of butter
Combine rice, scallions, red wine vinegar, 1.25 cups of water, and ¼ TSP salt and pepper
Bring to a boil
REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND COVER
Simmer for 15 minutes
Keep covered and off heat until ready to serve
Step 3: Roast Green Beans
Line a baking sheet, and place green beans
Season with garlic powder, and ¼ TSP salt and pepper
Roast on top rack for 15 minutes
Step 4: Make Sauce
Combine mayo and Sriracha
Mix well to combine
Set aside until ready to serve
Step 5: Cook Steak
To a large pan on medium heat, drizzle oil
Pat steak dry with paper towels
Season both sides with ¼ TSP all purpose seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Place to hot pan
Cook for 5 minutes or desired doneness
Flip, and cook for 5 more minutes
Place on wooden cutting board for 3 minutes prior to slicing
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Slice steak against the grain
Between shallow bowls, divide scallion rice, green beans, and steak
Top with Sriracha Mayo
