Blue Cheese Panko Crusted With Hot Honey And Ranch Salad


PREP TIME: 10 Minutes/ COOK TIME: 35 Minutes

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: Medium

INGREDIENTS: 2 TBSP Sour Cream, 1/8 Cup Blue Cheese, Romaine, 2 TBSP Hot Sauce, 2 TBSP Honey, 1 TBSP Franks Dry Seasoning, Chicken Cutlets, 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Carrots, Cucumber, ¼ cup Ranch Dressing


Step 1: Prep

Adjust rack of oven to top position, and preheat oven to 450

Wash and dry produce

Chop Romaine lettuce

Slice carrots

Slice cucumber

Step 2: Make Sauce and Mix Panko

Combine honey, hot sauce, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper

Mix well

For panko: combine panko, blue Cheese, franks dry season, drizzle of oil, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper

Mix well

Step 3: Coat Chicken and Prep Carrots

Brush sour cream over tops of chicken

Mound panko mixture on top of chicken, pressing to adhere

Place to half of lined baking sheet

For carrots: place on other side of baking sheet with chicken

Drizzle with oil

Season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper

Step 4: Roast Chicken and Carrots

Place into oven

Roast chicken and carrots on top rack

Roast for 20 minutes

Step 5: Make Salad

Combine cucumber, Romaine, and ranch dressing

Mix well

Step 6: Finish and Serve

To shallow bowls, divide chicken, and carrots

Serve with salad on side

Serve hot and Enjoy!
