Shrimp Fideua
Smoky Paprika Shrimp Fideua With Bell Pepper, And Garlic Aioli

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EasyINGREDIENTS: Shrimp, Spagetti Noodles, Lemon, Parsley, Garlic, 1 TBSP Seafood Bouillon Paste, 1/8 Cup Tomato Paste, Onion, 1 TSP Smoked Paprika, 1/8 Cup Mayo, Bell Pepper, 2 TSP Garlic Powder
Step 1: Prep
Bring 5 cups of salted water to a boil
Peel, and mince garlic
Quarter lemon
Dice bell pepper
Finely chop parsley
Peel and dice onion
Clean, devein, and cut tails off of shrimp. Pat dry with a paper towel
Step 2: Cook Vegetables
In a large pan on medium heat, melt 2 TBSP of butter
Add bell pepper and onions
Season with ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Cook for 6 minutes
Step 3: Cook Pasta
Once your water has boiled, add pasta
Cook for 11 minutes
Reserve ¼ Cup of water. And drain remainder
Step 4: Make Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayo, juice from half a lemon, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Mix well
Set aside until ready to serve
Step 5: Cook Shrimp
Once vegetables have cooked, add shrimp
Add bouillion paste, aioli, garlic powder, mince garlic, juice from a lemon wedge, reserved pasta water, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Mix well, cook for 5 minutes more
Add drained pasta
Mix well
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Seperate pasta between shallow bowls
Garnish with parsley
Serve with lemon wedge on the side
