Steak Ramen
SWEET HEAT STEAK, BROCCOLI, AND CARROT RAMEN WITH CASHEWS, AND SCALLIONS

INGREDIENTS: Scallions, Broccoli, Cashews, 1 TSP Garlic Powder, 1/3 Cup Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce, Shredded Carrots, 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce, Ramen Noodles, 1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar, 1/3 Cup Vidalia Onion Paste
Step 1: Prep
Wash and dry produce.
Bring large pot of water to a boil.
Cut broccoli into florets, thinly slice scaillions, roughly chop cashews.
Step 2: Cook Vegetables and Steak
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a pan. Add steak, broccoli, carrots, scallions, garlic powder, 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper. Cook for 7 Minutes.
Step 3: Cook Noodles
While vegetables cook, in a bowl combine chili sauce, onion paste, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and 1/4 cup of water. Set aside.
Once water is boiled, add noodles to pot, Cook for 5 minutes.
Drain noodles. Transfer to pan with vegetables and steak. Add sauce, cashews, and 1 TBSP of butter.
Toss untill butter is melted for 1 minute. Season with 1/4 TSP of salt, pepper, and chili flaskes.
Step 4: Finish and Serve
Divide ramen between plates, garnish with scallions.
Serve and enjoy!
