TUSCAN TRATTORIA SHRIMP AND KALE SPAGHETTI WITH PARMESAN

INGREDIENTS: Kale, Garlic, Lemon, 1 TBSP Tuscan Heat Spice, Spaghetti, 1 Cup Cream Sauce, 1 Cup Parmasean, 2 TBSP Vegetable Bouillon Paste, Cleaned Shrimp
Step 1: Prep
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Wash and dry produce
Remove and discard any large stems from the kale. Roughly chop leaves
Peel and mince garlic
Zest and quarter lemon
Clean, devain, and trim shrimp. Season with of the Tuscan Spice Blend, and 1/4 TSP salt and pepper
Step 2: Cook Spaghetti
Once water is boiling, add spaghetti to pot
Cook for 11 minutes
Reserve 1/2 a cup of pasta cooking water, then drain remainder
Step 3: Cook Kale
While pasta cooks, heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add kale, and 1 TBSP of water
Cook for 7 minutes
Stir in garlic, lemon zest, heavily season with all purpose seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
Transfer to plate
Step 4: Cook Shrimp
Heat a drizzle of oil in pan used for kale over medium heat. Add shrimp in a single layer, cover with lid
Cook for 6 minutes, undisturbed
Step 5: Make Sauce
Transfer kale to pan with shrimp, and reduce to medium-low
Stir in cream sauce base, bouillion paste, and reserved cooking water
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Add drained spaghetti, 1 TBSP of butter to pan with sauce
Toss to combine
Add 1/2 squeezed lemon, season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Divide pasta between shallow bowls, top with parmesean cheese
Serve with lemon wedge
