Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings With Roasted Potato Wedges And Creamy Balsamic Green Salad

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MediumINGREDIENTS: 1/2 TBSP Baking Powder, Mixed Greens, Tomato, 1/2 Cup of Creamy Balsamic Dressing, 1 TSP Garlic Powder, Potatoes, Chicken Wings, Garlic, Parmesean Cheese Block, 1 TBSP Fry Seasoning
Step 1: Season and Roast Wings
Adjust oven rack to middle position, and preheat oven to 425
Wash and dry produce
Throughly pat chicken wings dry with paper towels
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with baking powder, half the fry seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Place wings on wire rack on a baking sheet
Roast on top rack, cook for 50 minutes
Step 2: Prep and Roast Potatoes
While wings roast, cut potatoes into wedges
Peel and mince garlic
Dice tomatoes
Toss potatoes on a second baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, remaining fry seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Roast on top rack for 25 minutes
Step 3: Make Garlic Butter
While potatoes roast, wash and dry bowl used for wings
When wings have 10 minutes left, melt 3 TBSP of butter
In a small pot over medium heat
Once butter has melted, add minced garlic powder
Cook for 2 minutes
Turn of heat, transfer garlic butter to clean butter
Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Step 4: Toss Salad
In a second bowl, combine Balsamic dressing and 2 TSP of water until combined
Add mixed greens and tomatoes, toss until evenly coated
Step 5: Toss Wings
Once wings are done, add to bowl with garlic butter
Toss until wings are evenly coated
Grate in half the parmesean
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Divide wings, potato wedges, and salad between plates
Grate remaining parmesean over wings
Serve hot and Enjoy!
