Cheddar Chicken
CHEDDAR CRUSTED CHICKEN WITH BUTTERY MASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED GREEN BEANS

INGREDIENTS: Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, 1 TBSP Fry Seasoning, 2 TBSP OF Sour Cream, 1/4 Cup of Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Cutlets
Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 425
Wash and dry produce
Peel and dice sweet potato
Step 2: Cook Sweet Potatoes
Place Sweet Potatoes in a medium pot with salted water
Bring to a boil
Cook for 15 minutes
Drain potatoes, and return to pot
Keep covered and off heat until ready to mash
Step 3: Mix Crust And Season Chicken
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine panko, cheddar cheese, half the fry seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Pat chicken dry with paper towel, and season all over with remainder of fry seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
Step 4: Roast Chicken and Beans
Place Chicken on one side of a baking sheet, brush tops with half the sour cream
Mound coating sides with panko mixture, pressing to adhere
Toss green beans on empty side of sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, and 1/4 tsp of salt pepper all purpose seasoning and paprika
Roast for 18 minutes
Step 5: Mash Sweet Potatoes
Meanwhile mash sweet potatoes with 2 TBSP of butter, remaining sour cream, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Keep covered until ready to serve
Step 6: Serve
Divide sweet potatoes, green beans, and chicken between plates
Serve hot and Enjoy!
