Hot Honey Chicken
CRUNCHY HOT HONEY CHICKEN WITH BBQ ROASTED POTATOES AND BUTTERY BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS: Chicken Cutlet, 1 TBSP Sweet and Smoky BBQ Seasoning, 1/8 Cup Hot Honey, 2 TBSP Sour Cream, 1/2 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs, Potatoes, Broccoli
Step 1: Toss Potatoes
Preheat oven 425
Wash and dry produce
Dice potatoes
Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, half the BBQ seasoning, and 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Set aside
Step 2: Mix Panko
Place 1 TBSP of butter in a microwave safe bowl, microwave until melted for 30 seconds
Stir in a large drizzle of oil, remaining BBQ seasoning, 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Add panko, and stir until evenly combined
Step 3: Coat Chicken
Pat chicken dry with paper towels, season all over with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Lightly oil second baking sheet
Evenly spread sour cream onto top of chicken, mound with panko mixture, pressing to adhere
Step 4: Roast potatoes and Chicken
Roast potatoes for 5 minutes
Once potatoes have roasted, combine chicken in oven with potatoes
Roast both for 22 minutes
Step 5: Cook Broccoli
Meanwhile, cut broccoli into florets
Place in a large microwave safe bowl with 1 TSP of water
Microwave for 2 minutes
Drain any water left in bowl, then Toss broccoli with 1 TBSP of butter until melted
Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper
Step 6: Finish and Serve
Divide chicken, potatoes, and broccoli between plates
Drizzle chicken with hot Honey
Serve hot and enjoy
