Orange Chicken Bell Pepper Stir Fry
ORANGE CHICKEN AND BELL PEPPER STIR FRY WITH DARK MEAT CHICKEN, RICE, AND CASHEWS

INGREDIENTS: Onion, 1 TBSP Corn Starch, 1 Cup Orange Sauce, Green Pepper, Diced Skinless, Dark Meat Chicken, 1 TSP Sriracha, 1/3 Cup Cashews, 1 TSP Garlic Powder, 3/4 Cup Rice, 1 TBSP Chicken Bouillon Paste
Step 1: Preparing Rice
In a small pot combine rice, 1.25 cups of water, 1/4 TSP salt, and 2 TBSP of butter Bring to a boil. Once boiled, then cover, and REDUCE HEAT TO LOW. Cook for 15 minutes. ( After cooked, keep covered, and off heat until ready to serve)
Step 2: Prep
While rice cooks, wash and dry produce, dice onion, dice bell pepper, rough chop cashews.
Combine chicken, cornstarch, garlic powder, 1/4 TSP salt and pepper. Toss until throughly coated
Step 3: Make Stir Fry
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken in a single layer, cook undisturbed for 3 minutes. Add onion, and bell pepper, stir occasionally until chicken is cooked for 6 minutes.
Step 4: Finish and serve
Fluff Rice with Fork. Season with 1/4 TSP of salt and pepper. Plate, garnish with cashews, and sriracha. Serve hot and enjoy!
