Romesco Chicken And Garlic Herb Orzo

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EasyINGREDIENTS: Salad Kit, ½ Cup Feta Cheese, Chopped Chicken Breast, 6 TBSP Romesco Sauce, ½ Cup Orzo Pasta, 1 TBSP Paprika, 2 TBSP Garlic Herb Butter, Scallions
Step 1: Cook Orzo and Prep
Bring medium por of salted water to a boil
Wash and dry produce
Once water has boiled, add orzo. Cook for 10 minutes
While Orzo cooks, thinly slice scallions
Drain Orzo, then return to pot. Add garlic butter, and season with ¼ TSP salt and pepper. Stir until butter has melted
Step 2: Cook Chicken
Dry chicken with paper towels
Heat a large pan over medium heat
Add chicken and half the scallions
Season with paprika, and ¼ TSP of salt and pepper
Cook for 4 minutes
Stir in Romesco Sauce. Cook for 1 minute
Step 3: Make Salad
Empty Salad Kit into large bowl
Drizzle dressing. Toss to coat
Step 4: Finish And Serve
Divide Orzo between plates
Top with romesco Chicken, and any sauce from pan
Garnish with feta cheese, and remaining scallions
Serve with salad on the side
Serve hot and Enjoy!
