Shrimp Spaghetti

SHRIMP SPAGETTI WITH GARLIC HERB BUTTER AND ZUCCHINI


PREP TIME: 10 Minutes/ COOK TIME: 20 Minutes

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY
INGREDIENTS: Spagetti, Zucchini, Shrimp, 6 TBSP Garlic Herb Butter, 1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese, Chili Pepper

Step 1: Cook Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

Once water is boiling, add spagetti.

Cook for 11 minutes

Reserve 1/4 Cup of pasta water

Drain

Step 2: Prep

Meanwhile, wash and dry produce

Trim and halve zucchini, cut into half moons, thinly slice chili

Rinse shrimp, pat dry with paper towels ( devein and deshell if necessary)

Step 3: Cook Zucchini

Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add zuccini, and chili pepper.

Cook for 3 minutes

Step 4: Cook Shrimp

Add a drizzle of oil to pan with zuccinni, add shrimp

Cook for 4 minutes

Step 5: Toss Pasta

Add drained spagetti, garlic herb butter, half the parmesean cheese, 1/4 cup of pasta water, and 1/4 TSP of salt and peper to shrimp mixture

Toss until everything is thoroughly combined

Step 6: Finish and Serve

Divide pasta between shallow bowls. Top with remaining parmesean, and a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with remaing chili pepper and scaillions

Serve hot and Enjoy!
